Scamper Camp for boys and girls aged 6 and 7 years. This program offers all the fun and excitement of camp life in a four day, three night camp experience. For first time campers, it is a great introduction to camping and the experience of being away from home by themselves. Counsellors stay in the cabins with the campers.

There’s always lots of activity throughout the day at Camp Monahan as junior campers are kept busy from morning till night, participating in programs that include

Swimming in our junior Olympic size swimming pool with games and aquatic skills
Canoeing on Katepwa Lake to enjoy the beauty of the Qu’Appelle Valley
Using their creativity and imagination in the Craft program.
Experiencing Christian living through games and interaction with others in Discovery
Enjoying the outdoors while learning basic survival skills and experiencing God’s world around us in Outdoor Education
Campers take part in a number of other activities throughout the day, including FOB (Fall On Bunk), FAST (Fun After Supper Time), and of course evening campfire with songs and skits.

Camp Monahan offers programs for campers 13 years and older who are looking for challenge, excitement, and leadership training. These programs provide an opportunity for developing leadership skills in outtripping and are designed as a progression process for future staff members at Monahan.

Camp Monahan Staff had a successful bottle drive in which we raised $1131.10 for a new low ropes course! Thank you for the support and stay tuned for other fundraisers!
